I offer personal training, mat pilates, TRX training and/or a combination of each of these modalities.

I'm Quincy Shiver

hey there!

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer with additional accreditations from Balanced Body Pilates and TRX.

My fitness career began in high school coaching young gymnasts. This experience led me to teach aerobics and various group exercise classes throughout college and my early adult years. After marriage and raising four boys, I once again returned as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. 

Fitness, discipline and endurance have been my driving life forces ever since I can remember. As a child, I was full of a lot of energy and my parents knew I needed to channel it! I became a gymnast by the age of six. I spent most of my teenage years competing at an elite level and then went on to become an aerial acrobat for FSU’s Flying High Circus. 
 
I have worked in several fitness environments across the Southeast including city-run gymnastics clubs, private recreation programs at resorts, corporate and hospital fitness centers and most recently a boutique pilates and personal training studio in the heart of downtown Charleston.

My passion lies in my connection with my clients and in my ability to work on balance, flexibility, stability and core strength.

I offer 30 or 60-minute sessions weekly with the flexibility to pick and choose your times as determined by your own personal schedule.
